Andre Donawa is the founder of the Barbados Guitar School. He has released 3 cds featuring guitar and bass and has performed and recorded with local rock group Kite as well as perfoming at The Barbados Jazz Festival. He spent 5 years as the bass instructor for the NCF's YAR program.

Victor Linton has toured and performed with some of the world's top international artist. Billy Ocean, The Real Thing, Five Star, Alison Hinds, Arturo Tappin, and Nicholas Brancker to name a few. He was the guitar tutor for NCF's YAR program, and is very popular with his students for his breadth of guitar know how and down to earth teaching approach.
